本公司所供应之成品中含有的锡(Sn)、钽(Ta)、钨(W)、金(Au)等金属(以下简称“冲突金属”)，并非由刚果民主共和国及其邻近国家受武装团体控制之矿区所开采。

The products supplied by XLSEMI contain tin (Sn), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), gold (Au) and other metals (hereinafter referred to as "conflict metals") which are not mined in mines controlled by armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and neighbouring countries.

本公司保证产品所含金属符合无冲突规范。

XLSEMI guarantees that the metals contained in the products comply with DRC Conflict-Free specifications.
